Carol Jamault is a Health & Wellness Coach, Massage Therapist (LMT), and Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) that focuses on supporting her clients in stress management and self-care through Ayurveda and a functional approach to health. She coaches those in a quest for personal growth and better health in finding the curated information and appropriate actions to restore balance, improving individual wellness and fostering longevity through lifestyle. Carol has been studying alternative healing, ethnobotany, circadian medicine and Ayurveda since 2001. Graduated from Educating Hands School of Massage, Yoga Alliance registered and now concluding a Health Coach training with The Health Coach Institute, she is the founder of Hridayam Bodywork & Apothecary. Carol partners with corporations and yoga studios to provide wellness services, private coaching, workshops, and lectures.
