Covid-19 protocol

 

Ayurvedic Bodywork will continue to be provided at limited number in 2021. Sessions are available on Wednesdays and Sundays. Priority will be given to clients enrolled in our coaching programs. First-time clients are required to schedule a 30-min consultation before scheduling any Ayurvedic Therapy. Until further notice, only Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and Topical Basti Therapies are offered. Client and therapist are required to wear masks at all times while in the studio.

Please cancel your session if you have any cold or flu-like symptom. If you think you have been exposed to COVID‑19 and develop a fever and symptoms, such as cough or difficulty breathing, call your healthcare provider for medical advice.
