About the Event

In this 45-min lecture followed by a 15-min live Q&A, I'll share some of what I've been learning for over 20 years of using food, herbs, and spices to support wellness and accelerate healing. In this meeting, we will focus on building resilience to maintain our body-mind-spirit strong to bring ease in facing anxiety, overwhelm, and environmental stressors.

In this session we will discuss:

  • Some herbs, spices, and recipes that promote resilience;
  • The role of the digestive power and liver vitality for thriving wellness;
  • How to sustainably source high-quality herbs and other ingredients
  • How to avoid misleading information on labels and product descriptions

"The liver is a hyper-intelligent central processing system that filters, controls and cleans a liter and a half of blood per minute, all while simultaneously processing 500 vital biochemical metabolic reactions." — Dr. Irina Matveikova

This is a live online free event and will be recorded. If you can't participate at the moment of the call, you can still sign up to receive the link to listen later.
