These Yoga Nidra & Tratak community classes take place weekly with the option of selecting how much you want to pay. No matter how much you can pay, you'll be getting the same class like everybody else. Your contribution supports the continuity of the program. Suggested participation $5 per class. If you can afford more, it supports others who can’t.
