Hridayam, Hrid or Hridaya is the Sanskrit word for the heart. In Ayurvedic anatomy, a powerful energetic (marma) point located at the center of the chest. A marma point is where consciousness and matter merge.

I have always been fascinated by the nervous system; the matrix through which our physical and subtle bodies connect, where life happens. As a wellness coach and healing facilitator, my work focuses on supporting those in a quest for connection, for deeper meaning, for genuine knowledge.

Are you looking for tools that will allow you to better understand and cope with stress? Do you need space and authentic means to reconnect with your purpose and heartfelt desires? Do you lack focus, clarity, or just need to take a deep breath? Or, are you looking for a helping hand while shifting your lifestyle to achieve a highest level of wellness? These are usually the situations that bring my clients paths to merge mine. These are the life situations where I can support you.

I welcome you to Hridayam!

Carol Jamault
